Location: the hotel was not far from centre of Hatfiled, and mall, food courts, restaurants, and 2 blocks away from Gautrain.

very pleasant and wonderfully courteous staff provides an excellent service. the ambiance is special. everything is good, the room is large with a balcony as well as double bed instead of twin beds.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, right in the heart of the Hatfield center. It was so convenient to have restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Located in the centre of Hatfield, this hotel is perfect for business travellers. You can easily walk to the University of Pretoria or to a restaurant around the corner called Spur's that offers free unlimited wifi access to get work done. the rooms have large bathrooms, comfortable beds, and openable windows for fresh air. the breakfast spread is said to be tasty and varied, with fantastic coffee. There is also a convenient gym available.

The hotel's internet access can be problematic, and several guests have complained about the lack of reliable wi-fi.

The room lacked some amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable, such as a fridge. the noise level from outside the hotel could be heard even with the windows closed, making it difficult to sleep at times.
